We believe this is the area that can really promote and market a property and we therefore consider this to be an art. For this reason we employ the services of professional photographers who will be responsible for capturing the best features of a property using the best in photographic equipment and software to ensure the best results.

Picture sizes can be tailored to suit the brochure without compromising on quality. Adjustments using the latest software can also enhance lighting on a dull day, remove unwanted features such as cars or a build up of rubbish and generally bring out the most in the property.

You Choose!

Our photographers will take a variety of pictures all of which will be made available to you for you to choose. The pictures chosen will be included in the brochure. We will then ask for your comments in association with those chosen pictures.

Pictures to Market

If the property has any contributing positives within the immediate surroundings pictures can also be taken in an attempt to market the property from a ‘lifestyle’ prospective, such as;

  • playgrounds
  • a view from a particular window of the sea or countryside
  • nearby brook or stream
  • local village or amenities
