Floorplans

A basic floor plan with dimensions will immediately help prospective buyers to mentally visualise in their mind initial layouts of the property.

Once visualised the dimensions will help the buyer position furniture and fittings and generate a discussion of how the space can be best used.

There is also an opportunity for potential buyers to mentally re-design the existing layout by adding or removing walls and opening up possible space. The buyer may at this stage be in a position to make the decision as to whether to progress with a viewing or to take their search elsewhere.

Many estate agents and property developers now market their properties using floor plans in order to keep up with industry developments and prospective buyers are beginning to expect this type of service.

The plans we use are developed by using the accurate measurements recorded on-site. At the same time should their be a requirement for an Energy Performance Survey this is also conducted which we feel helps minimise the amount of times we visit a property. Plans can be drafted the same day if required.

Should there be a requirement for drawings to be scaled for lease and license agreements then this is something we can easily provide.
