The collating of all data and production of a certificate
Regardless of the number of buildings that require certification and when, PRL will provide a complete service by gathering and processing all relevant information. We will produce a certified EPCs and advisory reports. PRL will confidentially liaise with all relevant parties in your interest to arrange appointments, gather data, survey stock and produce scaled plans if required.
As part of the overall package we will lodge certification with the central register on your behalf and ensure you are reminded when your certificate is due for renewal ensuring legal compliance.
Package 2
You provide the data to be validated and we produce the certificate
It may well be you have the resource to gather the required information or already have the information available to produce EPC’s or DEC’s. If so Pearson Robinson Ltd can provide the means to produce certificates and advisory reports and then handle the accreditation process including the lodgement of certificates.
Please remember even though you think you have all the relevant information you will still need an accredited assessor to validate and process the information to form a certificate.
